Durability and installation
PowerCurve technologies are installed directly on the blade using a high-strength wet-adhesive bonding system designed for long-term operational durability. Installations can be performed uptower by certified rope technicians or using lift platforms, depending on site requirements and turbine accessibility.
We support installation teams with online training and comprehensive installation guides to ensure consistent installation quality and procedures. The technologies are engineered for the full turbine lifetime and, based on 14 years of operational experience, we have had no reported failures or detachments.
